A Multilayered Audio Signal Encryption Approach for Secure Voice Communication

In this paper, multilayer cryptosystems for encrypting audio communications are proposed. These combine signals with other active concealing signals, such as speech by continuously fusing the signal a without silent periods. The goal of these is to prevent unauthorized parties from listening encrypted communications. Preprocessing performed on both and before they combined, necessary get ready fusion. Instead encoding decoding methods, rely values samples, which allows saving time while increasing their resistance hackers environments noisy background. main feature proposed approach consider three levels encryption namely fusion, substitution, permutation where various combinations considered. resulting compared one-dimensional logistic map-based techniques state-of-the-art methods. performance suggested evaluated use histogram, structural similarity index, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), log-likelihood ratio, spectrum distortion, correlation coefficient in simulated testing. A comparative analysis relation maps given. This research demonstrates that level results increased security. It obvious salting-based method DCT/DST cryptosystem offer better security attain lowest SNR values, ?25 dB ?2.5 dB, respectively. terms used evaluation metrics, achieved best discrete cosine transform sine transform, demonstrating very promising performance.
